This technology is one of most advanced production methods of potassium sulfate--- Mannheim Process method. The core is updated new reaction furnace based upon the basis of dry baking method to produce the potassium sulfate. Under the support of the special equipment, it has resolved the abrasion and the corrosion under the condition of high temperature and strong acid and the process problem of continuous output. Comparing with the similar equipments from foreign countries, its outstanding characteristics are less investment, short building duration (four to six months), high atomization, reliable quality, high heating efficient, high output, and environment protective. The design, fabrication, installation, production process, inspection and testing of this whole set of technique and equipment, are completed by ourselves. We have successfully exported the whole set of equipment and technical know-how to overseas firms in Philippines, Indonesia, India, Egypt, Saudi, brazil etc.
Reaction process are: reaction temperature is 510-560℃, feed KCL and H2SO4 to reaction chamber properly, both will be mixed and reacted to generate K2SO4 and HCL gas. HCL gas be sucked by fan continuously and keep reaction chamber is little negative pressure, finished K2SO4 be moved to cooling propeller continuously to cooling and crushing, then goes into air-sealing propeller, be moved to drag conveyor, through crushing and screening, will be sent to storage silo.
