玻璃钢保温管道 FRP insulation pipe
玻璃钢保温管道是以纤维缠绕管道为输送管道,以聚氨酯等材质为中间保温层,以纤维缠绕玻璃钢管道作为承受外压保护层的一种新型保温管道。
It consists of Internal FRP pipe, middle polyurethane insulation and external FRP pipe, internal FRP pipe be as fluid-transfer pipe, polyurethane be as middle insulation layer, outer FRP pipe be as pressure-loading layer.
玻璃钢保温管道为泡沫塑料夹层结构。主要由玻璃钢管道、聚氨酯和玻璃钢外壳组成。用聚氨酯生产夹层结构的 优点是防寒、绝热、质量轻、与壳体粘接面积大、能均匀传递载荷、抗冲击性能好等。
Polyurethane be as middle insulation layer, it has cold-resistant, heat-resistant and bigger contact area with internal & external FRP pipes, uniform load-transfer and good impact-resistant etc characteristics.
玻璃钢保温管道主要应用于温泉水、油田地热流体、城市及工厂供热系统、其他热介质的输送等。
