FRP/GRP FGD pipe

FRP material has light weight, high strength, corrosion-resist, heat-resist, shock-resist, low cost etc outstanding characteristics,  so far FRP pipes have been largely used for FGD system of coal-fired thermal power plant, such spraying pipe, aeration pipe, slurry pipe, aeration spraying gun, filter screen etc.

1. Corrosion resist, inner liner of FGD pipe adopts epoxy vinyl ester resin, it can resist the erosion from the fume and liquid with sulfur, fluorin.

     2. heat resist, the inner liner adopts epoxy vinyl ester resin which HDT is 105℃and 150℃.

    3. Good abrasion-resist, the abrasion filler be added during the fabrication of the pipes, roughness coefficient of inner surface layer and outer surface layer is very low, it has excellent abrasion-resist for the liquid with 15% solids.
